Train with me-
 An email will be sent out every Sunday to confirm location.  
A registration form must be filled in before attending.

The run sessions will be a mixture of speed, hills and endurance efforts, to build up strength and stamina, and are open to all abilities.

Wednesday - 7pm - 8pm 

Friday - Get ready for the weekend! 5.30pm - 6.30pm

Saturday - 5pm - 6pm

Extra sessions -

1:1 or group sessions also available during school holidays.
